내가 요즘 제일 좋아하는 노래다.
빌보드 차트 1위 행진한 지는 좀 됐으니, 철지난 노래 듣는 것일 수도 있지만
20년도 훌쩍 넘은 너바나 노래 듣듯이, 그렇게 느긋하게 감상해도 될 법한 노래다.
아직도 빌보드 차트 높은 순위 유지 중 +_+

시끄럽고 화려한 노래에 질린 요즘, 이렇게 아기자기한 노래가 나오다니 !
뒹굴거리다가 문득문득 'You would not belive your eyes'하는 달콤한 목소리가 떠오른다.
Fireflies, 반딧불이란 뜻인가? 잘은 모르겠지만,
왠지 듣고 있으면 밤에 반딧불이 반딱거리는 낭만적인 광경이 상상된다.
As they tried to teach me how to dance, '반딧불이가 춤을 가르쳐주는것처럼'이라니 너무 귀엽지 않은가.

Owl City 란 가수 이름도 참 예쁜 것 같다.
우리말로 풀어봐도 '부엉이도시' 너무 예쁘다.
